Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Because we source products through international fulfillment partners, standard delivery typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location, with some items taking up to 20 business days during peak seasons.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping confirmation, contact us and we'll look into it.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout — once an order has been sent to our fulfillment partner, we're not able to redirect or change the delivery address.
